Tiffany M. Spry currently practices in the areas of Probate Administration and Litigation, Estate Planning, and Trust Administration.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marshall University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences, and later graduated Cum Laude from the Charleston School of Law in 2020. Before joining IKON, she had the opportunity to work in the areas of Real Estate and Probate Litigation, and Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions. In her final year of law school, Tiffany clerked for the Charleston County Probate Court under the ruling of the Honorable Judge Irvin G. Condon where she assisted with the estate proceedings in all divisions of the Probate Court including Adult and Juvenile Drug Courts, Mental Health Court, Guardianship and Conservatorships, and the Commitment Division. During her law school career, Tiffany was the Vice President of Women In Law, served as a Senator for the Student Bar Association, and volunteered for the Charleston County Adult Guardianship Assistance and Monitoring Program. She has continued to be involved with the Adult Guardianship Assistance and Monitoring Program since 2017 and often serves as Guardian Ad Litem in Probate and Circuit Court proceedings.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys traveling and exploring the Lowcountry with her dog, Millie.
